Duplicated packet removing advanced probe Twin-1
Network monitoring systems have to face duplicated packets. These duplicated packets may be caused by routing issues or redundant link and routers. The extra traffic is not useful for monitoring purposes and has to be filtered at the input of the monitoring system. Removing these duplicated packets uses valuable processing resources of the monitoring system due to the need to track a window of packets where duplicates may appear.
naudit has developed for Telefónica a solution to filter these duplicated packets from the network. It is attached to the link to be monitored and extracts traffic clean of duplicates to feed the monitoring system. It is based on low cost GP-GPU tenchnology and it reaches throughputs of 150.000 packets per second on 1 to 10Gbps links It also performs load balancing and traffic shaping to unload even more the monitoring system, thus allowing to monitor more traffic with low cost hardware.

Blind analysis of multimedia traffic DETECT-PRO
Nowadays large part of network traffic comes from multimedia applications, like Skype. Detection of this traffic is very important for billing and access control purposes. But this traffic is often encrypted to defeat detection and even DPI (depth packet inspection) used by several detection products is unable to identify it.
naudit has developed for Telefónica a solution that can detect multimedia traffic (Skype, SIP ...) in a passive approach, with techniques based on multimedia codecs properties. These techniques work even on encrypted packets allowing high precision detection, thus unhidding this traffic to the billing or access control monitoring systems.
CSISP DE LA GENERALITAT VALENCIANA
BLAST acceleration
The problem of sequence search is one of the most frequent problems in biomedical research. It usually takes the form of finding matching sequences to a given one, a protein for example, in a very large database. Running times may be in the order of months using multicore architectures and this clearly places a burden for the development of new products and research at biomedical sector.
naudit has signed an agreement with CSISP (Superior Research Center for Public Health) of Generalitat Valenciana to develop a GPU accelerated version of the most popular sequence (proteins, nucleotids... ) search software: Basic Local Alignment Search Tool (BLAST). This software is used in most of research labs in the sector and its acceleration will contribute to solve search problems in less time with a competitive cost hardware.
